BrightStartNews Crypto, explained in plain English

Private Key

The secret code that proves ownership of crypto and allows you to move it. Whoever holds it controls the funds.

Every crypto wallet has a private key — a long string of characters (usually represented as a seed phrase for readability) that mathematically proves you control a given address and authorises transactions. It must stay secret; anyone who obtains it has full control.
