Self-Custody Security Checklist

A checklist of practices, not instructions. It runs entirely in your browser — your answers are stored locally and are never sent anywhere. Conisec cannot see them.

Not advice. This checklist is educational. It is not security advice for your particular situation, and it does not tell you to move funds, revoke an approval or interact with any contract. It never asks for a seed phrase, a key, a signature or a wallet connection.

How to use it

Work through the items honestly. Each one is a practice, not an instruction — the checklist describes what careful self-custody looks like, and lets you see where your own setup is thin. Your answers are stored in your browser and never transmitted.

What it does not do

The checklist does not audit your wallet, inspect your addresses, or know anything about your holdings. It cannot tell you whether you have been compromised. It is a prompt for reflection, not a diagnostic.

Questions

Does this send my answers anywhere? No. Progress is stored locally in your browser via localStorage. Nothing is transmitted to Conisec or anyone else.

Will it ask for my wallet? Never. No tool on Conisec asks for a seed phrase, a key, a signature or a wallet connection.
