Corrections

Our public log of corrections. Conisec appends and dates corrections; it never silently rewrites a published record.

Conisec appends corrections. We do not silently rewrite a published record, and we do not delete one. When we get something wrong, the correction appears as its own dated entry on the article or incident page, and is listed here.

The log

No corrections have been issued. This page will list every one as it is made, with the date, the article, what was wrong, and what it now says.

Reporting an error

If you have found a factual error โ€” a wrong figure, a misread advisory, a mischaracterised rule, a broken verification step โ€” please contact us with the URL and the primary source that contradicts us. Errors in security and regulatory reporting can send a reader to a wrong conclusion or a hostile site, so we treat them as urgent.

To report a security vulnerability in the Conisec website itself, see our security policy.
