There are three stages of mind-body-spirit. The first stage, the meditative stage, is when you are in a resting, quiet state of mind. The second stage is where you are alert, awake, and aware. The third stage is where you are deeply involved in your consciousness.

The meditative stage is where you are in deep meditative states. While fully aware of your surroundings, you can think and feel in a way that is not focused on external stimuli. The meditative stage is not the same as being asleep or unconscious, but it is a state of mind that is calm and relaxed.

Meditative states are a little different than the usual stages of sleep and wakefulness. By definition, they are not awake. While they are not aware of external stimuli, they are aware of their own internal states. For example, you cannot be meditative when you are sleepy. You can be meditative at the same time that you are sleepy, but your state is not the same as being aware.

By the time you reach the meditative stage, you have been in a meditative state for around six hours. This is because your body has been in this state for a long time. This is also why you can meditate when you are sleepy. It is because your body is calm. It is because your mind is still and calm. This is why meditation is not the same as sleep and wakefulness.

What is meditative? It’s simply a state of being. The word “meditative” is an English word that comes from the Latin word medi, which means to rest or rest oneself. This rest is achieved by being fully in the moment. By doing this you find yourself in a calm, relaxed state.

This calm state is very different from the state of being in the mind. In the mind you are always thinking and reacting. You are always thinking “I am going to do this”, “I am going to think this about this person”, “I am going to feel this”, and so on. When you are in this meditative state you are in the moment. You are not thinking about anything. You are not reacting to anything.

In the mind you are always thinking about things. You are always thinking about who you are. You are always thinking how you are going to react to certain things.

The difference between the mind and the in-the-moment awareness is that the mind is in a constant state of self-denial. It doesn’t notice what is going on around it. It is constantly busy with itself. You have to find what is going on around you, and then you have to react to it. In the in-the-moment awareness, you are always present, even when you are not busy with yourself.

The difference between the mind and the in-the-moment awareness is that the mind is always focused on who it is, what it is doing, and the immediate outcome. The in-the-moment awareness is a continuous state of awareness. You are always aware, and the only thing you are doing is thinking about what you are thinking.
